Conditions of Boarding

A current certificate of vaccination will be required for inspection at the time of admission. Vaccination must have been carried out not less than 14 days prior to boarding.

DOGS must have been vaccinated against;

CATS must have been vaccinated against;

We regret that we cannot board cats which have not been neutered (except for young kittens). Please advise us at the time of booking if a bitch is to be "In Season" at the time of boarding. Whilst we welcome pets' own bedding, toys, etc., we cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage to such items.  Bedding should be be washable in a domestic machine.

A non-returnable booking deposit may be charged. All charges, less the deposit paid, are payable at the time of collection, cheques must have a guarantee card. In the event of cancellation, a cancellation fee will be charged if we are unable to re-let the unit. The fee payable will be calculated on the number of days and time of year.

ALL CHARGES ARE PLUS VAT AT THE RATE CURRENT AT THE TIME OF PAYMENT.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE  ACCEPT PAYMENT BY CASH, CHEQUE, CREDIT CARD (5% SURCHARGE) AND DEBIT CARD.

Cheques must be accompanied by a guarantee card covering the full amount and 2.5% will be added to payments made by credit cards. Late arrivals and early collections will be charged in full.

Should the services of our Veterinary Surgeons be required for other conditions, their charges must be paid for at the time of collection.

Charges made include the day of arrival and day of departure. At peak periods certain minimum charges will apply. Kennel hours are 9-12 and 2-5 everyday (4 in the winter) with the exception of Christmas day, Boxing day and New Years day when we are closed. No admissions or collections outside these hours.

DOGS MUST ARRIVE AT THE KENNEL BEFORE 12 NOON.

We will require you to sign that your pets are free from infectious diseases and parasites at each and every time of admission. In addition that they have not been in contact with any such infections during the 6 weeks prior to admission.
